Oak Park Homes for Sale

Oak Park HomeWhen I am asked to describe Oak Park I characterize it as an urban suburban neighborhood.  The population of 53,000 lives in a 4.5 mile square area.  Housing includes stately mansions, charming Victorians as well as many multi unit rental and condominium units. Approximately half of the housing supply is multi-family; that is, apartments, townhomes, condominiums and two-four unit buildings. Prices range from below $90,000 for a studio or one bedroom condo to over $2,000,000 for a unique, architecturally significant mansion. Want to know more about the current housing market in Oak Park?
